Booking Terms and Conditions

Our Agreement
When you book a holiday, a contract is made when you return a signed copy of your booking confirmation and make a deposit payment. All deposits are payable at the time of booking in order to confirm your holiday. The person signing the booking form accepts responsibility for payment for everyone listed on the booking form and is responsible for ensuring that all other persons listed on the booking form have read the booking conditions below and are aware of the booking details.
Balance Payment
The balance is due twelve weeks before the date of departure. We will send out a final balance payment where necessary. Payments may also be made before this deadline if you so wish. If you book less than twelve weeks before departure, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.
Changing your booking
We will make every effort to arrange any changes you request after the booking has been confirmed, however, any changes to dates are subject to availability of accommodation. Any change within one month of departure carries an administration charge of £15.00.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be sent in writing and will be effective on the date which they are received by Sunset Sports. Cancellation charges are payable as follows:
Period before departure we are notified Percentage of total cost payable
Over 12 weeks: Deposit only
2 calendar months: 75% of total cost
Under one calendar month: 100% of total cost
If your cancellation is within the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to make a claim.
Flight Arrangements
Flights should be arranged through an ABTA or ATOL bonded travel agent. Your contract for the flight arrangements is not with Sunset Sports and as such Sunset Sports cannot be held responsible for any delays or other problems which may arise with your flights.
Accommodation
In the unlikely event of any problem with your accommodation please bring it to our attention immediately so we can try to solve the problems whilst you are still in the accommodation. If you do not give us the chance to put it right, we will not be responsible for the problems. The apartments and villas are privately owned, therefore please show respect for their property and report any breakages or damage. Your accommodation is not to be shared or let to anyone not listed on the booking form. We will not be responsible for complaints made to us more than one month after the holiday.
Information Accuracy
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the accuracy of information is correct, we are relieved of any liability due to errors or omissions. The prices printed are valid at the time of publication. We reserve the right to increase or reduce any of these prices any time after publication. You will be advised of any changes at the time of booking.
Insurance
We consider it essential that you take out suitable insurance cover before you travel. We do not provide any insurance cover.
