Sunset Sports now have an extended service from 2009 that specializes in golf holidays and services to Aphrodite Hills, Cyprus. This is a relatively new golfing destination but one which has already made an impact on everyone that has tried it from professionals to social golfers.

The key to the success at Aphrodite Hills is the comprehensive golfing facilities, which are on offer in warm weather throughout the year, and the close proximity of the golf course to the luxury accommodation available in the resort.

The 18-Hole Championship golf course is a scenic and challenging test of golf, with holes shaped around the natural contours of the landscape. Many holes feature inspiring moments, whether having to negotiate a 200 yard carrry over the ravine or to hole out and soak up the stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. The experience is further enhanced by comprehensive practice facilities including driving range, short game area and 3-Hole teaching academy. With all of this only a short walk from your choice of the 5 star Intercontinental Hotel or your own private villa, golf at Aphrodite Hills is a truly rewarding experience.


Golf Packages

There are a range of golf holidays and packages available for players at Aphrodite Hills, with both individuals and groups well catered for. Players looking to work on their game can choose the residential golf coaching package which is run over 3 or 5 days and features expert group coaching, competitions and reductions on subsequent green fees.

Alternatively, you may choose to simply challenge the course or design your own golfing holiday for a group of friends. If this is the case then we are happy to arrange all green fees and accommodation services for your trip.

Aphrodite Hills Golf Information

Course Details
The 18-Hole Championship golf course was designed by architect Cabell B. Robinson and follows the scenic contours of the resort. With a challenging Par 71 and measuring 6,299 metres from the back tees, it is a creditable test for low handicap golfers and the selection of tees options are really helpful for those looking for an easier round. 

However the real draw of the course is the stunning location and the panoramic views that greet you on numerous occasions and the high level of quality and maintenance of the course. The greens are fast and require careful course management and whilst some of the holes are short, they offer the classic risk/reward decisions that make a round entertaining for stroke or match play.

The golfing facilites are completed by superb practice facilites including a 3-Hole teaching academy, driving range, short game practice area and putting green. The clubhouse is a welcome rest at the turn or a warm welcome for a well earned drink at the end of your round. All players are required to use a buggy but 9-Hole rounds are available on the back nine for walkers.
